Moomoo cheese cake

• 330 gramms of mild fresh moomoo cheese, softened
• 50 gramms of Moomoo Butter
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon minced lemon zest
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 6 Chancey eggs, separated
• 3 tablespoons of flour
• 3 cups mixed fresh berries, such as Oran berries, Sitrus berries, Pecha berries and quartered Lum berries
• Confectioners' sugar, for dusting

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 300°. Butter with piece of Moomoo Butter round cake pan and dust with granulated sugar.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine Moomoo cheese with granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla and beat at medium speed until smooth. Beat in the egg yolks, 2 at a time, incorporate them. Beat in the flour at low speed.
Step 3
In another bowl, using clean beaters, beat the egg whites until firm but not dry. Beat one-third of the whites into Moomoo cheese mixture, then gently fold in the remaining whites. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 40 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 4
Use part of berries to prepare Pokebrocks (2-3 from each berry) and some Poffins for decoration of cake.
Step 5
When the cake is cool, put mixture of berries on it and pour it with Confectioners' sugar. Decorate it with pokeblocks and poffins.

Piece of this cake can be used during a battle to restore HP of your pokemon and cure any status conditions or before Contest to increase some stats of your pokemon.
Spoiler:
Explanation List:

Pecha Berry Cures poison
Oran Berry Restores 10 HP
Lum Berry Cures any status condition and confusion
Sitrus Berry Restores 30 HPGen III/25% HPGen IV+

Pokéblocks are used to prepare a Pokémon for contests by raising its condition in the appropriate category or categories.
https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Pok%C3%A9block

Poffins are the successors of Pokéblocks in the sense that they raise either the Cool, Beauty, Cute, Smart, or Tough condition of a Pokémon in a Pokémon Super Contest, when fed to the Pokémon.

Moomoo cheese and moomoo butter I think can be made from Moomoo milk
Spoiler:
This is the picture of how it usually looks when I cook it at home. I didn't add some processes (jelly at the top part for example) 'cause I don't know how to discibe the whole process correct in English. But at least you can see it.

Mago-Berry-Cake !

Spoiler:
The Mago Berry is a very sweet Berry wich can restore HP of Pokemon.
--> https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Mago_Berry

Ingredients:
Spoiler:
Cake layers:

- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

aswell two 9" cake pans parchment paper, and a flour sifter

Frosting Ingredients:

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 packages 8 oz each cream cheese
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

Filling:

- 1 lbs fresh Mago-Berries
Step 1:

Preheat Oven to 350˚F and line bottoms of cake pans with parchment paper

Step 2:

In the bowl of an electric stand mixer, beat 6 large eggs with the whisk attachment for 1 min on high speed. With the mixer on, gradually add 1 cup sugar and continue beating on high speed 8 min. It will be thick and fluffy.

Step 3:

Whisk together flour (measured correctly) and baking powder. Sift flour in thirds into the batter, folding gently with a spatula between each addition. Fold just until no streaks of flour remain, scraping the bottom of the bowl to ensure you don’t have pockets of flour hiding at the bottom; do not over-mix or you may deflate the batter.

Step 4:

Divide batter equally between two prepared cake pans and bake at 350˚F for 23-28 minutes, or until top is golden brown and springs back when poked slightly. Remove from pan by sliding a knife around the edges. Let cool to room temp then peel back parchment paper. Slice cake layers equally in half.

Spoiler:
the Mago-Berry filling:

Cut Magoberries into quarters if large and place them in the bowl of a food processor; pulsing until consistency of chunky applesauce; then set aside.

Frosting:

- Beat cold heavy whipping cream on high speed with whisk attachment for 1-2 min until stiff and spreadable then remove to a separate dish

- In the same mixing bowl (no need to wash it), beat together cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar about 2 min until smooth and lump-free, scraping down a bowl a couple times. Using a spatula, fold in whipped cream

How to Assemble Mago-Berry Cake:

- Place the first layer cut-side-up on your serving dish and spread with 1/3 of the Mago Berry puree

- Spread about 1/2 cup frosting on the second cake layer and place it over the first layer so the Magoberries and cream are hugging. Repeat with the remaining layers

- Frost the top and sides with remaining frosting

If you want to, you can also decorate the cake with some extra berries and whipped cream

Finished! You now have an excellent, home-made Mago Berry cake! Enjoy this masterpiece with your friends or Pokemon! This cake will have a typical sweet Mago Berry flavor and will perceptibly recover you or restore HP of your Pokemon.

Puff-pastry-burger à la Oricorio

If you want to use your own homemade puff-pastry, here is the recipe for that:

Ingredients for 1kg dough/pastry:
Spoiler:
500g flour
500g cold Miltank Butter
300ml cold water
1 ½ tsp. salt
Time: around 3-4h depending on your skill level
It's the best if you prepare the paste at least at the previous day because it takes quite some time.

Directions:
Spoiler:

1. Mix the flour with the salt and then slowly add the water to knead it to a smooth dough.

2. Form the dough into a flat ball, carve the upper side with a few straight crossed lines and let it rest for 30 minutes.
While the dough is resting roll out the Miltank Butter in a rectangle and put it into the fridge, too, to make sure it stays cold.
Tip: Cling film covering up the butter can help you doing this properly.

3. Prepare your work space with a bit flour.
Get your dough out of the fridge and roll it out into a rectangle, too. It has to be bigger than your butter rectangle, because your next step is to wrap the butter into the dough.
To do this, put the butter in the middle of you dough rectangle and fold the dough over it so that the butter is completely covered and can't slip out at any side.
Tip: It's the best when dough and butter have the same consistency. The butter has to be cold, but still a bit chewy.

4. After „packing“ your butter, roll it out evenly with the dough. Make sure that no butter escapes your package! It has to stay wrapped. Recommended size is 40x50cm.

5. Brush of any rest of flour, then fold your rectangle together in 3 layers.
Put it into the fridge to keep it cool for ~30minutes.

6. When you get it out of the fridge, let the upper open side face you, roll it into a 40x50cm rectangle again, but this time fold it in 4 layers afterwards. Don't forget to brush of the flour before folding. Put it into the fridge again for ~30 minutes.

7. Repeat both steps (3 & 4 layer rolling/folding).

8. Roll out the dough in any thickness you want for your puff-pastry.
Congratz, you're done!
Now you can deep-freeze your puff-pastry or use it right away for your recipe! If you freeze it, you can cut it into pieces of your preferred size, for this recipe into 20x20cm pieces.

So, for the main recipe you need:

Ingeredients:
Spoiler:
puff-pastry (2x 20x20cm)
100g Miltank Cream
2 tsp. Cutiefly Honey
5 tbsp. Moomoo Milk
4 flasks Nectar (one of each kind: yellow, red, pink, purple)
200g of the following berries: Sitrus Berry, Haban Berry , Pecha Berry, Bluk Berry
12g apple pectin
1 flask Bounsweet Syrup
1 Tropius Banana
flowers for the decoration (from the Melemele Meadow, Ula'ula Meadow, Royal Avenue, Poni Meadow)
Directions:
Spoiler:

1.Mix the Cutiefly Honey with the Miltank Cream and the Moomoo Milk.

2. Roll out your puff-pastry. Cut out 8 circles with the help of a 7cm dessert ring (or any size you like for your burgers). Bake them in the oven for 10-15 minutes with 200°C top-/bottom heat until they have a golden brown color.

3. While they bake wash your berries, crush them in 4 seperate bowls.
After crushing them, boil them slowly while you steadyly stir them for 4-5 minutes (still use 4 separate pots).
Add 3g apple pectin and 3 drops Bounsweet Syrup into each pot.
Add one flask of nectar into each pot:
Yellow Nectar to the Sitrus Berries, Red Nectar to the Haban Berries, Pink Nectar to the Pecha Berries and Purple Nectar to the Bluk Berries.
The apple pectin will react with the sugar from the Bounsweet Syrup and you'll get 4 kinds of berry jelly.

4. Fill the jelly ~1cm high in your dessert rings. Let them cool.

5. When your puff-pastry circles are done baking and had some time to cool down, choose 4 and apply a layer of Miltank Cream.
Put your cold and now stiff jelly rings on top of the cream. One jelly on each separate burger. Add 2-3 slices of Tropius Banana on each burger.
Finish them with another smaller cream layer and by putting one of the remaining 4 puff-pastry circles on top.

Decorate your plate with the respective flowers.
Voilà! The dish is finished and ready to be served!
Not only can your Oricorio pick its favourite burger, your human customers will enjoy this, too!

It is easy to change this dish according to your own taste and appetite. You can even try something non-sweet with the puff-pastry, for example combine Tauros Steak, Oddish Salad and Skiddo Cheese.

When it comes to cookery, everybody thinks about ordinary, delicious, aromatic recipes...
What about the pokémon that are not happy with "ordinary" snacks or meals?
Pokémon like Trubbish, Garbodor, Grimer and Muk prefer to eat uncommon things among others. These pokémon prefer to live in polluted lakes and streams as well as within cities and factories where trash and industrial waste can be found. We have to give equal treatment for all pokémon if we consider ourselves as a good trainers and the lovers of pokémon. I'm presenting you very dangerous but needed recipe for the pokémon above.
It is called "Garbage Strew"

GARBAGE STREW
Image

This stick-to-pokémon's-ribs strew is very beneficial for a posion type pokémon because it enhances pokémon's ability to exhale poisonous gas in a battle. And also it is very delicious for them to eat. Styrofoam cups, plastic bags, cigarette butts, organic waste, waste detergent and petroleum come together in smooth harmony. And it is also good for recycling since the ingridients are eco-unfriendly. If you are feeding a crowd, good news: It multiples beautifully.

YIELD: 2 servings

TIME: ~1 hour

INGRIDIENTS:

5 tablespoons petroleum
8 styrofoam cups, chopped
15 cigarette butts
4 x-large black plastic bag, chopped
5 cups waste detergent
100 grams of rotten organic waste from compost
1 teaspoon freshly ground Tamato Berry
2 tablespoons freshly ground Shuca Berry
2 tablespoons freshly ground Payapa Berry

PREPARATION:

Step 1
Before the preparation of meal you must prepare yourself to the process because these ingridients are very hazardous for a human. A respirator is needed in the whole process and you have to ensure you have good fit with your gas mask(respirator).A gas mask won't protect you against the skin blistering power of gas from the garbages. You'll need other protective gear for your skin, including chemical suit, boots, and gloves in addition to your gas mask. And also you can't use ordinary oven and your kitchen for this. You have to do it in a chemistry laboratory in order to protect others. Be careful for the heating process and strictly follow the instructions.

Step 2:
Heat the petroleum in a large pot. Add the styrofoam cup pieces at a time; do not overcrowd. Cook, turning the pieces until styrofoam cup pieces are browned on all sides, about 1 minute per batch; add more petroleum as needed between batches. Add the waste detergent to pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a slow simmer. Cover and cook, skimming bubble from time to time, until the styrofoam cup pieces are tender, about 10 minutes.

Step 3:
Add the cigarette butts and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Add the organic waste and plastic bag pieces and simmer until cigarette butts are tender, about 10 minutes. Add detergent or water if the stew is dry. Season with berries to taste. This is not only important for flavor but pokémon. Trubbish, Garbodor, Grimer and Muk are all poison type pokémon. Poison type is weak against Ground and Psychic types. Shuca Berry decreases damage taken by the holder from a supereffective Ground-type move and also Payapa Berry decreases damage taken by the holder from a supereffective Psychic-type move. Tamato Berry is for flavor because of its extreme spiciness, which resuls swollen lips in humans for a while. But it is delicious for a poison type pokémon.
After the seasoning, ladle among 2 bowls and serve it to your beloved pokémon.

No Churn Mixed Berry Ice Cream

Recipe
Serves 12 people

Ingredients:
2 cups of heavy cream
14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of mixed berries (For this recipe, I recommend Bluk, Payapa, and Lansat berries but any berries can be used. Just remember some berries are harder to mix in and pay attention to the flavor or the berries.)
If hard berries are used, you'll also need 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon water

Instruction:
1: In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks are formed.
2: Stir in the sweetened condensed milk
3: Using a rolling pin, smash the mixed berries. If the berries chosen are too hard to smash, chop finely or in a medium saucepan, bring berries, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon of water to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat and gently boil for 5-10 minutes. Take off heat and let cool completely.
4: Mix in the smashed or cooked berries.
5: Place mixture in a sealed container and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours, or until the ice cream has completely set.
Enjoy!

Let me present to you the famous and delicious

🍪Legendary beasts cookies 🍪
Background info: To show their respect and love for the three legendary beasts, also for the three fallen pokemon which died in the fire 150 years ago in the Brass Tower, the recidents of Ecruteak City bake this cookies every year on the day when Ho-oh brought the tree back to life.

~

🍪Incredients🍪
(for around 25 to 30 cookies)
200g flour (with the synthesis attack of a sunflora involved in the state of growing, for the best results)
70g butter made of Moomoo milk (salted or unsalted, which you personally prefer)
50g sugar (add more if needed)
1-2 packet of baking soda
2 eggs
Different little bottles of food coloring with different colors
- Yellow, White and Black for Raikou
- Purple and two different shades of blue (or blue and turquoise) for Suicune
- Brown, Gray and Red for Entei
255 g white chocolate

~

🍪Instructions🍪
1. Mix the flour, butter and sugar with a (stand) mixer together until the mixture is very smootly. Add the egg and mix it again, until it is smooth again.

2. Now mix in the baking soda, repeat the mixing until its smooth for the third time. Let it rest now until you are done with the chocolate.

3. Heat the chocolate up in a double boiler until the chocolate is completly melted. Then pass it in small bowls and add only a few drops (around 4-5) of the food coloring bottles. If you add more drops, the chocolate will be more colorful. If you put less into the chocolate, it will be more in crayon.

4. Bring the chocolate on a piece of bakery paper or plastic wrap. Roll it with an rolling pin until it's around 1 cm high. Put all the chocolate plates to the fridge for around 2 hours. Wait until its hard as before the melting/mixing process.

5. When the chocolate is hard again, put it out of the fridge and break it into little pieces.

6. Mix the cookie dough with another bottles of food coloring and mix it until its completely covered in the wished color. Use some drops more than for the chocolate, just to make sure to get a good mixing result.

7. Insert the chocolate bites and mix it until its smooth again.

8. Put little pieces of cookies one to another, in a line, on a parchment paper. Do it with a spoon, it would be easier to do so. When the whole baking plate is full, put it in the oven for 200°C for 10-12 Minutes. Just take always a look to see if they are ready or not.

9. When they are ready, put them on a safe spot to let them cool down. When all of this is done, enjoy four self-made, wonderful cookies :-)

They may look like these examples. The cookies don't need to be in a perfect round shape, also the chocolate bites don't need to have all the same size:

Wishiwashi Sushi Spring Rolls
INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup cold sticky rice
1 spring roll wrapper
Water
1 Wishiwashi cubed
1/4 an leek sliced thin
1/4 a carrot sliced thin
1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumber
Soy sauce
Optional Cheri Berry Powder

DIRECTIONS:

Start by filling the bottom of a dinner plate with water. Place the spring roll wrapper into the water and gently press, making sure the entire round is submerged.Let the wrapper soften in the water for at least a minute.

Gather the rest of the ingredients, slicing thin the cucumber, carrot, and leek so it's ready to go. You'll need about 1/4 cup of sticky rice to make one roll. If you don't have any leftover sticky rice in the fridge, then you can make some the day before and keep cold in the fridge until you're ready to make the sushi.

Remove the spring roll wrapper from the water and place on a dry cutting board, uncurling any edges to form a circle. Gently press the sticky rice into a rectangle along one half of the circle. Now you can layer on the cucumber, carrot, leek and Wishiwashi sushi.

Start rolling the sushi at the edge closest to the rice while tucking the edges just like you are making a burrito. Continue rolling and tucking the edges while keeping things nice and tight until reaching the other end the spring roll wrapper.

Carefully slice the spring roll sushi into bite-sized pieces, and serve with dipping sauce.

Makes one spring roll sushi roll.

SIDE NOTE: For Spicy Wishiwashi Sushi Spring Rolls, you must find your Wishiwashi in it's school form. For some reason, while it's in it's school form, the meat has an extra zing but you must add cheri berry powder. Just be aware that you will have to make a lot of spring rolls and you have to multiply the above recipe by 200.

Grandma's cheesecake with the color of Ninetales

Ingredients for about 16 pieces:
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 grated tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 6 torchic eggs
  • 125 g cold butter
  • Fat and flour for the mold
  • Flour for the work surface
  • 1 kg of lean quark
  • 1 1/2 sachets of pudding powder "vanilla flavor" (for cooking, for each 1/2 l of moo-cow milk)
  • grated peel of 1 untreated Nomel Berry
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Step 1:
Grease a springform (26 cm Ø) with butter or margarine. For the short crust pastry base, knead flour, baking powder, 100 g sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 1 torchic egg and butter or margarine in pieces with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then briefly with your hands to a smooth dough. Wrap the shortcrust pastry wrapped in plastic wrap for about 30 minutes.

Step 2:
Roll out the shortcrust pastry approximately 38 cm in diameter, wrap around the roll of cake and unroll over the springform pan. Lay the mold with it and push the dough up to the edge of the mold.

Step 3:
Separate 5 torchic eggs for the quark mixture. Mix the quark, torchic egg yolk, custard powder, remaining sugar and the peeled Nomel Berry peel. Beat the torchic egg whites and a pinch of salt until stiff. Add the torchic egg whites in portions.

Step 4:
Spread the quark mixture evenly in the springform pan. Bake the cheesecake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / circulating air: 150 ° C / gas: stage 2) for 1 - 1 1/4 hours. Cover the mold with aluminum foil or baking paper after approx. 30 minutes of baking so that it does not become too dark (if we want the Ninetales Color).

Step 5:
Take the cake out of the oven, loosen it with a knife from the edge of the mold and let it cool in the mold. Dust the finished cheesecake with powdered sugar and serve.

Good Appetite

Mallow wrote:Alola, dear Pokemon trainer, thanks for stopping by!

Have you been enjoying the release of Alola on Virtuadopt so far? I did for sure, although I've been superbusy the last few days. See, I've been working on a lot of new recipes, since I want to take over my family business one day, a restaurant to be precise. I still have a lot to learn though...
Well, since you are here, how about you help me out a bit? Two heads think better than one!

To make things short, I'd like you to come up with a recipe! Be it something delicious for yourself, something your Pokémon may enjoy, or even mixing some herbs together to make helpful medicine, there are (almost) no limits when it comes to cooking! Hopefully you can all inspire me with your creations!

MiaLily wrote:Oh, I might just have the thing for you! I am thinking of Alolan Squid Luau. It's a traditional dish typically served at feasts alongside other dishes such as laulau, kalua Pig, lomi-lomi Salmon, chicken long rice and poi. Cooked squid stewed in taro leaves and MooMoo milk makes this stew burst with a complexity of flavors with just the right balance of salty, sweet and creamy coming together! If you want, I can look up the recipes for the other dishes as well but this one I can give you off the top of my head!

Alolan Squid Luau
  • Prep time: 30 min
  • Cook time: 1 hour 40 min
  • Yields: Serves 6-12 people twice

Ingredients:
  • 4,5 kg Taro Leaves, washed, peeled, stemmed and chopped (found, for example in the Akala outskirts)
  • 2 kg Squid or Octopus, cleaned, cooked & chopped (the tentacles look suspiciously like Octillery’s)
  • 2 Cups Water
  • Half a stick MooMoo Butter, Unsalted
  • Half a Tablespoon Baking Soda
  • 1 can Unsweetened MooMoo Milk
  • 1 can Sweetened MooMoo Milk
  • Course Sea Salt from the Poni Coast
  • powdered Tamato Berry

Instructions:
  • Start by peeling and washing the taro leaves thoroughly. Then peel the woody flesh off of the stem's ends and leaves then cut the stem from the leaves. Roll and chop your leaves like you would collard greens and be sure to chop up the stems, too. Set everything aside in a large bowl.
  • Next, clean and cook the squid or octopus in boiling water for approximately 15-20 minutes. (If using squid be sure to remove the hard cartilage from each squid). Chop and set aside. Keep a cup of the squid broth on the side for now. Discard or freeze the remaining broth for other dishes requiring a fish broth.
  • In a large stewing pot, add your two cups of water and bring to a boil. Add your taro leaves and baking soda, then cover the pot and bring to a rolling simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Add the cooked squid and cup of squid broth to the pot after 30 minutes and allow to cook for another 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, add the butter & MooMoo milk and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Add salt to taste and some powdered Tamato Berry for some extra spice and serve.

Taro is a tropical plant and since Alola is based on Hawaii where it is grown I think it's not too much of a stretch that it can also be found there.

Ashy's three-course menu

~»(¯`*Take your senses on a journey through the regions*´¯)«~

We start our journey in Johto and Kalos with a creamy Pumpkin risotto. The risotto gets its soft texture from aromatic Moomoo-Parmesan cheese. Seeds from Pumpkaboo and Pineco add some crunch to the mix.

While waiting for the main course, our lovely waitress Lurantis is serving some fresh green tea.

We continue to travel through Kanto, Hoenn and Unova with our Unfezant chicken breast fillets with roasted Parashrooms and Pansage-Tropius-Salad. Our Unfezant chicken have been bred on farms on the open land. The Pansage-Tropius-Salad is a perfect mix of sweet and bitter. The leaves that grow on Pansage's head will cure you from exhaustion while Paras' mushrooms help you regain your energy.
The main course is being served with berry juice that has been fermented in the shells of Shuckles.
(We won't take responsibility for any aphrodisiac side effects.)

The last stop for your taste buds is Sinnoh. While the main course was a rather light dish, the dessert is a true calorie and sugar bomb. Its not so secret ingredient is the sweet Combee honey that has been collected by brave Teddiursa.

Okay, here comes my entry!
I made a lot of annotations to explain every detail of why I chose certain things - especially as I tried to find some kind of pokemon-world-equivalent for most of the ingredients - so there's a lot of text but I hope it's at least a little bit interesting :D
I used two kinds of annotations: Red ones are annotations from inside the pokemon world, as if someone who had already cooked the meal was explaining something and blue ones are annotations from the "real world" to give references for certain things etc. I hope it's not too confusing.
Anyway, here we go!

Pizza Quattro Regioni1

This delicious Pizza celebrates the variety of the Pokemon world by being divided into four sections, each one representing a different region with a unique flavor!
This recipe is written for a group of four people to enjoy the meal together, so if you want each person can eat the section they like most. (If you want to make the pizza for yourself you can of course simply divide most of the ingredients by four).

Ingredients for 4 People:
1600g Miracle Seeds 2 (to turn into flour, see step 1)
800ml Water
80g Yeast 3
110ml Olive Oil 4
4 Tablespoons Sugar
4 Teaspoons Salt 5
400g Moomoo Cheese 6
40g Tiny- or Big Mushrooms 7
40g Leek (let a Farfetch'd trainer show you a spot to find the best leeks)
60g Slowpoke Tail Slices 8
120g Tropius Fruit 9
60g Pinap Berries
60g Snover Berries 10
2 Teaspoons Combee Honey
6 Tamato Berries

Step 1 - Preparing the dough
  • Grind the miracle seeds until you get a nice, superfine fluor.
(If available, use an onix to grind a lot faster and finer).
  • Mix the fluor with yeast and water in a bowl. Add sugar, salt and olive oil and continue stirring until you get a smooth and a little bit sticky dough. You can either use a mixer or stir by hand - or with the help of a pokemon with the move rapid spin
  • Cover the bowl with the dough and let it rise
  • Depending on the temperature the dough will take longer to rise but develop a stornger flavour. You can let it rise for 2 hours at room temperature of for about 20 - 24 hours in the refrigerator or near an ice pokemon
  • After the dough has visible gotten bigger, put some fluor on the table, take the dough out of the bowl and start working it.
  • Form a ball (Pokemon like Passimian or Popplio can help you to form a really beautiful and round ball. But don't let them play with it for too long), and then press it on the table and start flattening it into a circle
  • Let it rest for a couple of minutes (and take care that any ball forming Pokemon don't turn it back into a ball)
Step 2 - The Sauce
  • Turn the tamato berries into a sauce by either using a blender or a pokemon with the move wring out (make sure to cover the kitchen beforehand when choosing this method).
  • Spread the sauce across the dough but try to apply more sauce on one half of the dough and only a thin layer on the other half. These two sections will later be of a somewhat sweeter flavour so you don't want to make it too spicy with the sauce
  • Preheat your oven while proceeding with step 3
Step 3 - The Toppings
  • Spread slices of Moomoo Cheese over 3/4 of the dough
  • The first section will represent the Kanto region. Slice the Leek into small stripes and arrange it across one quarter of the dough. Fill the space between the stripes with slices of Mushrooms.
This topping symbolises the "grounded" nature of the Kanto region with its caves and forrests.
  • For the second section you will be using the Slowpoke Tail slices, a speciality known from Azalea Town in Johto.
  • Cut Tropius Fruits and Pinap Berries into little slices and spread them across the third section.
This refreshing and fruity taste works perfect for the exotic and wild Hoenn region.
  • Leave out the last section for now, we'll come to that one later.
Step 4 - Baking time and time to eat!
  • Slide the pizza into your preheated stone oven and bake it for about 10 minutes at 220°C.
Alternatively you can place the pizza on a stone and let a fire pokemon heat the stone. But you have to be really careful and only use fire pokemon you absolutly trust! Flareon for example can produce flames from up to 3000 °C. That's too hot for our pizza.
  • After 10 minutes take out your pizza and sprinkle the snover berries over the last section. Cover them with a think layer of Combee Honey and slide the pizza back into the oven (or on your pokemon-heated stone) for another 3 minutes
  • When the cheese and the dough is of a nice golden color you can take your pizza out.
  • Snover Berries have been described as similar to ice candies and by only heating them for a small period of time you get a warm and nice taste on the outside while still keeping them cool and sweet on the inside, enhanced by the caramelised honey, making you feel like your sitting infront of an open fire in a cozy little cabin in Snowpoint City.
  • Now that your mouth is already watering because of the delicious scent of your pizza (or because you're reading this extremly lively written recipe!) you can finally serve your pizza (let it cool down for a bit, though!) and enjoy a great meal with your friends, your family and of course the pokemon that helped you prepare such a great feast! :)
Annotations:
Spoiler:
1
You may be wondering whether an italian name fits into the Pokemon world, but I figured since there are characters with italian names in the game (like Giovanni for example) and there actually already exists Pizza in the Pokemon universe (for example here or here (second section under "blurb")) it'd be okay. Also, I really like the name! XD

2
You can obtain miracle seeds from wild cherubi, maractus, pumpkaboo etc. but if you can't find any, you could also use grassy seeds or energy seeds.

3
I couldn't really find any yeast in the pokemon universe and I honestly don't know how exactly it is produced, otherwise I would have tried to think of some way to get something similar. But since there are a lot of examples of people eating bread or other dough-based food and there's even a baker trainer class I think that something like yeast does exist in this world.

4
I really wanted to use some other kind of oil, maybe made out of berries or something, but of course not every plant can be turned into oil and I couldn't find any information about the "oiliness" of different berries.
What I did find however are a couple of clues that olives actually exist in the pokemon world.
There is Olive Jungle in Pokemon Ranger, and in the main games there's "Olivine City" (which might be named after olives) and - the best hint - if you buy clothes in Pokemon X/Y the menu tells you the color of the selected item, and one of the possible colors is olive! And why would they call that color olive if they don't have any olives in the pokemon world? :D

5
I usually use shoal salt but here's a little trick my grandmother told me: If you have a well trained water pokemon that is able to use the move brine you can replace the regular water in the recipe with the salt water your pokemon produces and don't have to add any additional salt.
(Only use this method if the bond with your water pokemon is really strong, otherwise it might produce water that's too salty!)

6
I guess everybody already assumed that you can turn Moomoo milk into cheese anyway, but I found this article to proove it.
It says that "he milks and takes care of his Miltank, as well as making his own dairy products, such as cheese and yogurt.".

7
I couldn't find out if you could eat small mushrooms, but the big ones are edible and I think they're basically from the same species.

8
I really wasn't sure weather to include any pokemon meat, but it was kind of hard to come up with really different sections of the pizza without using any meat. So I decided to go with Slowpoke Tails, since they really stand for Johto to me and Slowpokes Pokemon Sun pokedex entry states that: "Its long tail often breaks off. It doesn't really feel any pain, though, and the tail grows back, so Slowpoke isn't particularly bothered.", so no pokemon are being harmed here! XD

9
Pokedex-Entry from HG/SS: "The bunch of fruit around its neck ripens twice a year and is delicious. It's a highly favored tropical snack." So this one is definetly edible. Yummy!

10
To be honest, before researching for this recipe I didn't even know that Snover had berries hanging around its belly! XD But the article on bulbapedia states that they're edible and I wanted something "icy" to represent Sinnoh, so they're perfect :)
