KopierKatze is right ^^
2. Once you've created a team, it is permanent. A team cannot be deleted.
3. Once you've accepted an invitation, your position in the team is permanent.

Neo, naw, don't worry about that! Having people from all over the world in your team won't cause you any problems or disadvantages. You'll be fine even if not all of your team mates can be online at the same time. ^^

mauwie, I don't wanna spam, but my post seems to be drowned by all the others. And the answers above doesn't completely fit my question, so ...
I've got an important question: Is there a difference between the team-members? Or does all participate equal?
'Cause nobody knows when it's going to start and maybe I can't come online for some days. I just don't want to make problems for my members. (I'm the owner of a group, that's why I ask)

I hope my english is not too bad, so that you understand what i mean ^^

I'm very curious about this event. Events getting more exciting year after year *__*

So did I got it right? All the members of one team don't have to be active at the same level?
Because I have some friends I want to create a team with, but most of them can't be online very often and we all have diffrent timetables.

mary_666, there are teams to achieve a goal together. Some events may be solo though and you have to participate to get the reward.

Taja, I believe users can join a team even after the events start, though they will miss the reward for any events that are already completed.

Akemie -

From what I understand - you form a team or join a team - and a team can be between 1 to 5 members. This is in preparation for the upcoming summer events that have not started yet.

Exactly. I guess it's a group-co-activty.
So for example; You get a promo when your team has clicked together 100.000 Pokémon.
(JUST EXAMPLE! I know nothing more then you guys :P )

Ohhh such an awesome event! I think it's a wonderful idea with the team-thing since we've never had anything quite like it (at least, I can't remember of anything).

Something about the word Team (obviously offtopic so I'm putting it into a spoiler)
Spoiler:
there's a german "proverb" when it comes to the word "TEAM" used in a work-environment... it's "Toll, Ein Anderer Macht's" which translates into "Great, someone else does it" meaning someone else does ALL the work and I can relax and do nothing... Anyways, that does NOT mean that I think like that! >____> ^//^

yankeesrule3526, thanks for your answer.

It helped but still sounds very mysterious, 'cause you don't want to say to much. It makes me getting even more exciting ^_^

xD i also thought on this sentence!

i realy wonder what is going in with this...
Do you see... on the horizon. As peace-ful as can be. Lapras flows like the moving dance....
Of the waves of the great blue sea! Across the sunset... Lapras flows... As peaceful as can be.
