Well people, I would like to ask your opinion.

When the new freebie came out, it was tradable. 2 people in here, took advantage of that, and got 2 extra freebies. Aren't freebies untradable, and aren't people allowed to have only one? Cause that's what a freebie is, for every person one.

Now that they are untradable, no one else is able to get more than 1. Everyone should be equal concerning freebies, so not 2 persons having 2 more.

So my opinion is, that the 2 extra freebies they got, should be send back to the person that is the "Original Trainer".

What do you think?

I think you are trying to cause drama. It was known by Yankees that the freebie was trade-able.
There wasn't anything to be taken advantage of.
PS...if people chose to trade their freebie then that is fair, yes?
They may have gotten something they really wanted for it.
Not every person likes every freebie or every promo

In my opinion freebies should be tradeable after some time (a year or two?) anyway.. because there are always people who don't like a promo really much while others love the same promo and are very sad because there is no way for them to get it.

MewMisaki, a freebie is a reward for people that are active. Freebies are known as promo's that you can only get one of. I never saw someone complaining about the fact he/she could only get one of them.

It's just not right. look at every freebie, and everyone has one. & then suddenly you see a freebie, with people having 3 of them.

there are only two users who have more than 1 freebie.
Dustydragon and 8eevees.

there are only two ways to solve this fairly:
give the freebies back to their owners so that everyone has only 1 or make them tradable again.
there is no other fair possibility.

well, but since it's a freebie and they are normally untradable i prefer the first method.
the arguments from gamble are correct.

MewMisaki, I still think, just like Gamble said, that getting a freebie is a remuneration for being an active member. It isn't supposed as a tradeable promo.

and that's just the same with the "present" promos like Valentine luvdisc.

Dustydragon, bday pikachu became tradeable because so many people abused it in the past. That's why Stefanol thought it was fair to give everyone a chance to get this promo. Next to that bday pikachu isn't really an award for being active here, but just for being a member here.

Still, if it is was tradeable at first, why isn't it tradeable now? That sure is a bit unfair in my opinion, so I agree with Gamble here.

I have to admit, that I agree with Gamble, too.
And I like Ryou_Kimura's suggestion that either the Snover becomes tradable again for everyone or that the Snovers, which got traded, will send back to their original trainers (and make it tradable maybe after a year).

Birthday Pikachu isn't really an argument. It became untradable, because many people try to get more than one by having multiple accounts. After it was retired for a year or longer, it became tradable again, because the community has grown so much in that time range.
So that are two different cases.

so because we were active we dispirve it because we were active at that time

That's the part where it isn't logical anymore. Why making it tradeable first and then afew hours later suddenly untradeable?
