The Dex entry says "Floette got caught in the Christmas festivities and took hold of a bright red Poinsettia."
So maybe it was planned for Christmas, but didn't make it last year? Maybe next Christmas...

And great job of a-chan drawing Hoopa! I usually don't like it that much, but the artwork looks great and I love the dynamic pose.
Floette is pretty cute too (since there is no pokedex page for it yet: who drew that one?).
I also hope that there will be a possibility for everyone else to get the regular, non-shiny version.
Maybe there is a way to plant its seeds and grow a second one ...? Then I'd give it to leuchtmorgel! XD
