You can also earn achievements based on how many of your picks on a ticket match the drawing. For example, you matched 3 numbers, you unlock the first 3 achievements. Match all 5 to unlock them all. Progress will not reset if you match less on a different ticket.

You simply select 5 out of 151 and hit the buy button.
(You have to manually click the second ?-square when you're done picking a Pokémon for the first one. After you've settled on a Pokémon for the second square, click on the third and pick another Pokémon, and so on.)
Like the idea. :>

Cool idea!
But I have a question, is the order important? For example, if I put Pikachu in the first place, Eevee in the second, Tentacool in the third and so on and at the drawing is Pikachu in the 2nd place, do I have one Pokemon right then or would it only be right if I'd put it on 2nd place?

Tomoaki , it's doesn't go like this. It's like normal lottery...based on the number of the dex. So the order will be the normal dex-order ^^

Order does not matter. The site will automatically put them in numerical order for you once you submit it.

Su-licious ,
yankeesrule3526 , oh okay thank you for the answer
Then it's a bit "less" difficult to win :'D (150 numbers aren't that easy at all xD)

So the one with the most right numbers wins? And if there are multiples the one with the lowest user ID wins?

It's similar to a real lottery. You win a certain % depending on how many you get right. As an example, if you only match 1, you might get half your money back whereas matching 3 might get you 10% of the grand prize.
